Our insurance agency, agents and staff who work with this agency are dedicated to keeping your personal and health information private. Information is shared with trusted carriers and other entities included in the Privacy Laws to provide you with the services you requested, and/or responses to your inquiries. Information collected during your visit to our site, during telephone conversation, emails or other written communication is used by the insurance company(ies), or other entities as required to allow your insurance policy/contract to be issued, claims to be paid or other normal activities of providing you with insurance services. These parties are bound by law not to disclose information except for the purposes previously stated and in conjunction with HIPAA guidelines.

Third-Party Personal Identifiable Information may be requested by insurance carriers from our agency, as your broker, or small businesses requested to submit census data regarding prospective policy beneficiaries for use as a part of the rate quoting functions of the website. Census data generally consists of the employee name, gender, age or date of birth, zip code of residence and workplace, and number of children. Ages of spouse and children also may be required. In addition, information concerning medical conditions may be requested that will be used in generating requested rate proposals.
